When will my order be shipped?

90% our products are custom and made-to-order. Because of that, our processing time is between 2-7 business days, depending on the time of year. During the holiday season, starting November to mid-December, it is closer to 5-7 business days.

If you require your order for a specific date (other than Christmas) please let us know right away and we will try our best to accommodate.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days within the US and Canada. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

What can I do if my item is damaged?

Please reach out to us right away if your order is damaged or incorrect in any way and we will either send a replacement (free of charge) or issue you a refund. We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service and want you to love your order.

Can I return my item if it doesn't fit or I don't like the color?

Yes, orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. However, you will be required to pay the return shipping. Rosie Sunday does not offer free return shipping because all of our products are custom and made-to-order, and likely unable to be resold. Most businesses that sell custom products do not offer returns or exchanges for this reason.
