90% our products are custom and made-to-order. Because of that, our processing time is between 2-7 business days, depending on the time of year. During the holiday season, starting November to mid-December, it is closer to 5-7 business days.

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days within the US and Canada. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Yes, orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. However, you will be required to pay the return shipping. Rosie Sunday does not offer free return shipping because all of our products are custom and made-to-order, and likely unable to be resold. Most businesses that sell custom products do not offer returns or exchanges for this reason.
